I am joint owner of three properties. The other joint owner has died and I am about to submit three Deceased Joint Proprietor (DJP) forms, one for each property, for the titles to be transferred to my sole ownership. Can I submit these together and include one certified copy of the death certificate and its certified translation? Or is it necessary for me to submit a separate copy of the documents with each DJP form? In other words can they be submitted togehter as a bundle as follows: 3 x form DJP, + 1 x certifed copy of death certificate, + 1x certified translation of death certificate.

Many thanks in advance for your help

Hello Effric - If all the three properties are in the same ownership then you can submit a single form DJP and quote all the three title numbers in there.
You can then also submit a single copy of the death certificate and the certified translation.
Hope this answers your question.
