Land registry deed delay

Hi there!&#160;<br> <br> I purchased a property (EGL67740)&#160;in March 2025 but I have not received the land registry deed yet.&#160;<br> <br> Can you kindly confirm if/when the conveyor submitted the request? Hi<br> <br> The application in question was submitted by your conveyancer on 17 October 2025 (sometimes there is a delay before an application is submitted to us but we will not know the reason for this) and is awaiting processing. Your application has priority on our system from the date of receipt and provided it is in order it is guaranteed to be completed by registration.&#160;<br> <br> We are experiencing delays in processing some types of application. There has always been a gap between the completion of the transaction, the homeowner taking possession of the property and then the completion of the application for registration with us.
