First registration completion - no documents sent

Hi,

I seem to have had 2 first registration applications completed but have received no notification or office copies.  Could you please check the process and see what is going wrong?  I presume the office copies should be coming by post?

Title numbers LT546169 and LT546648 (I sent a contact form regarding the latter on 4/10 and still not had a response).

Hi Jess - the second title was only completed on Monday so you won;t have received the confirmation/paperwork as yet as it has to be prepared and then it's issued by 2nd Class post. Pretty sure the post isn't that quick nowadays
The first tile was completed tail end of September so you should have received that one - if you agree I'll amend your contact form submission of today to refer to that first title and not the second?
Or you can submit a second contact form re the first title and non-receipt?
It's the contact form you should use re such matters and non-receipt as we can only really explain what's happened base don what we can see. On this forum we can't then reissue etc

I agree to you amending my contact form if you think it is necessary after my first contact form submitted on 4/10.

The contact form was my first port of call but having received no response I thought I'd try another tack.
