Hi Adam - the notice period expired at noon last Friday and the only response I am aware of is the one dated 10th August, which the caseworker forwarded to me on the 12th and to which I replied on the same day to confirm that I agree to the proposed entry. I appreciate that completion involves manual steps, but as two full working days have now passed since the end of the notice period and I already consented in writing to the proposed entry (thus negating the need to wait until the 26th), please could you let me know when I can expect further progress? Thank you for your help throughout this application.

Jay W - the casework team advise that there is ongoing corres with adjoining owners affected by the application. They have until the 24th August to respond. The casework team's letter to you dated 24th July explained and whilst they have responded they have been asked to provide more evidence as appropriate and by the stated expiry date. If they don't respond/provide more the application will be reviewed again after Noon on the 25th August.

Adam, thanks for the update but the only correspondence dated 24th July gave a deadline of 14th August not the 24th August so I am confused as to who this refers to? I appreciate the limited information you can give on the forum but the caseworker did identify one respondent on the 12th who conditionally consented and there was no further correspondence received my end.

Jay W - I sent you a copy by email myself on the 24th at around 11am. Did you not get my email and attachment? Did it go to spam/junk perhaps?

Jay W - you are referring to the Notice sent to you of the same date. I am referring to the separate letter of the same date issued and that refers to Notices being served on adjoining owners, council and power company. I emailed you a copy on the 24th

Adam - yes we are talking about the same letter. Unless I am misreading, the deadline was noon 14th August, not 24th. The only respondent I am aware of is the power company who wrote on 10th August, which the caseworker forwarded to me on the 12th, saying that they would consent as long as their right of way was noted on the title, which I have agreed to as I already disclosed the RoW to be noted in Form DI in the first registration bundle. But it sounds like from what you’ve said there has been another respondent that the caseworker did not pass on to me so I am in the dark as to who it is or what they have said. Can you shed any more light on that correspondence (even if cryptically due to the forum being public) or otherwise let me know how to find out more information about what is going on? Thanks as always

Jay W - the letter included a copy of the Notice served on the council for info purposes. Others were issued and a response received from another party and the corres remains ongoing as we await a further response from them as explained above. You would only be informed directly if their response triggered the actual objection process, which it has not, so there's no light to be shone on the current position that will alter things re the above timeline. You can always use the contact form to submit your specific enquiries/concerns and the casework team will consider and respond as appropriate

Thank you Adam - just to better understand the situation, this ongoing correspondence is with another entity other than the power company who responded to you on 10th August?

Thanks Adam. I have now received an email from the caseworker more or less confirming what you said, so I appreciate you being ahead of the curve in letting me know so quickly.
