Hi, I have tried chasing my application that is time sensitive as someone is trying to claim by late father's property. I have sent in a large bundle of paperwork to register the property (lost deeds) and have heard nothing as yet. Is it possible to please check and chase it. I spoke to the Welsh office who said to send the forms in asap and I have. Thank you - in relation to property alert ref 5884490. I called on 15th October to stop my Dad's property being stolen before his inquest next month. Thank you

Hi Michelle - there's not a lot we can do via this public forum other than confirm what you are already aware of.
The application to register the property for the first time is still with us and waiting to be considered by a senior technician
A record of your telephone conversation with our Property Alert team on 16th October has been added to the application
What forms have you sent in please so I can check and confirm receipt?
CL347134 & CL387214

Hello Adam, I apologise for the delay. I sent in a stack of different ones based on what I was advised, FR1, ID1 signed to show ID and a couple of others. As long as you have received them in the same stack. I also have now received a letters of administration too. Do you have an email that I can send it to, to be included as I do not want the senior staff member to mis-register the house because I have not included the letters of administration (they took ages to grant it).
