Hi,

Would it be possible another update on this DoV please? Our conveyancer has replied to the enquires needed so we are hoping it will be accepted now. We are in a very critical time as the vendor of our onward purchase will be pulling out if we are unable to exchange by 18/10 (this Friday). We would really appreciate any rush on this if possible.

Hi Oliver - as I suspect you know the conveyancer replied to our request about 40 minutes ago. So that reply will go to the casework team to review.

Hi Oliver - unfortunately the conveyancer's response was insufficient and the casework team have replied to advise them of that and to explain what's still required.
Hopefully your conveyancer can confirm whilst also explaining what's required and can also provide a full response asap for you
