25 month application now Expedited taking 4 weeks

Hi,

Please could you check on the status of expedited application NA431CA.
Property was purchased in Dec 2021 and 25 months later it’s still not completed. In Dec 2023 this was expedited by our previous solicitors as we are remortgaging which was due to be finalised by the end of 2023. 

4 weeks after expediting please can I get an update as we are waiting on tender hooks to get our remortgage done as we are now on an extremely high interest rate whilst we wait for this to be completed.

Hi Kathryn - I have just received an update notifying me that it's been processed but we can't complete it as we need more from the conveyancer. They've been contacted so the ball is in their court for a full response.
You'll need to contact them to confirm and to clarify when they might hope to respond. When they do things can hopefully then progress to a successful registration
