Application to enter a restriction

Hi there When submitting an application to register a transfer which includes a clause in the additional provisions stating: "The Transferee hereby applies for the entry of the following restriction against the Transferee's titles to the Property at HM Land Registry..." etc. is it necessary to supply a form RX1 also or will LR act on this clause within the transfer deed? Do I need to select "Enter a restriction" to the application in the DRS? Many thanks Jess
