Title update query

Upon remortgaging, our solicitors lodged an update application for title SF572107 on 15 June 2023. As of now, the title has still not been updated. Could you please advise on the reason for the delay? Additionally, please let us know if there is any further information or action required from our end to expedite the process.

Iftikhar - it's still waiting to be processed and the sole reason for that is that we have a backlog of this type of work. 
If there's an urgency such as a confirmed purchase or expiring mortgage offer then the conveyancer/you can request expedition to reduce the remaining wait time
