Dear T F - both pending applications to update the register submitted in early September and October respectively
If there is an urgency attached to them both then requests to expedite each of them should be submitted

T F - DY377922 was expedited on 22nd Oct and then processed but rejected yesterday. The conveyancer has been advised as to why their application cannot proceed

Hi T F - NT17778 remains 'live' as we await a response from the conveyancer re our request dated 13th Dec and completion of wider checks that may not complete until after 16th Jan.
DY377922 - application received 5th November and waiting to be processed. It has not been expedited.

T F - conveyancer/solicitor are the same thing in registraiton terms, so yes.

Hi T F - nothing as yet. I would suggest contacting the conveyancer to clarify and to encourage them to respond and also link the two titles you have shared. They don't appear to be linked by the conveyancer as yet
