LR Application Update - Very urgent

Hi I have a property on sale with title number : LA281498 A request was raised about a pending application 2 months ago and I was told a lawyer would look into it but no one has and no one has got back to me. I tried to get it expedited and I still haven’t heard back. We have a pending application that should never have been processed and we need to clean up the title register as there is a sale in progress and we are being burdened with excessive financial hardship. Can you please give me an update on this and get this resolved asap
