Adverse Possession application update

Title number - CYM896223

Hi, can I get an update on the application regarding above title (our mortgage is running out on our onward purchase and everyone in the chain is very stressed!). I have been in touch with LR and was advised to keep checking this week for updates. 

OS visited last Wednesday and I presume report has been filed. Any update regarding next steps would be much appreciated, we just need the application to progress ASAP please... :) Thanks, we are 6 months into the process so it incredible stressful for everyone at the moment.

R M - OS report is in and the application is currently with senior officers to consider and approve the final stage, namely wider checks as appropriate. I can't be definitive re timescales as yet until that review/approval completes but that will happen asap

Ok thanks Adam, can you see if a decision whether wider checks are needed? I know that usually they are.  Once we know this, we can at least have a rough timescale one correspondence goes out.

At least it's progressing.

R M - I'm 99% certain they will be and the recipients will have 65 days within which to respond

65 days? We understood it was unregistred land and at it would be 15 days as stated in guidance. If you could clarify 100% the case that would be great. I thought 65 days was for registered land.

R M - apologies as we don't know at this stage what notices will be issued and must wait for the senior officer. 
So please ignore my 99% comment as that was intended for another post on another thread chasing progress re claimed land, which was registered

R M - completed a few hours ago it seems. The registered information is available online immediately

Nothing appearing online yet, i'll check again tomorrow etc etc, i've received title and plan copies. Thanks again Adam for the help.
