Expedited application Z159SKT

Hi, we are in a chain buying and selling close to exchange contracts, subject to LR registering the title for our parking. I know about timescales of 10 working days but not sure how that works and wondering if there is any way of checking the status of this application. Thank you

Hi Alexandra - received 20th May, Expedited and processed on 21st. But we need more information from the applicant and contacted them on the 21st. They have yet to reply.
Expedition generally works by fast-tracking the process so the initial wait time is reduced to 10 days or less. However that doesn't mean that it will be completed in 10 days as often applications are lacking and ned more or we have to carry out wider checks that can delay matters.
I would recommend contacting the conveyancer and ask them to respond asap to the request from 21st May.

Hi Adam, thank you for the update. If I was only asking this earlier.. we were told it's been processed and need to wait on LR but it looks like we've waisted another week on nothing.. I asked the conveyancers to check and reply ASAP. Do you know what are the timescales for next review of the application once the conveyancers will reply to LR? Thank you

Hi Alexandra - once they have replied and in full it should be processed quickly. I can't be definitive but I#'d expect that to happen within 24/48 hrs if nothing else is needed.
I can't be definitive as their reply may alter things but as this seems to be quite a simple ask, albeit one where they may be reliant on their client to provide an answer, hopefully there won't be any issues

Our conveyancer said they replied to LR today. Would you be able to check if you received a response on the application query and if it covers all that is needed?

Thank you very much for the update and your help, it helped us a lot. Conveyancers said they hadn't had a notification thru when the first enquiry was sent so if it wasn't for this forum it wouldn't have been sorted this quick! Thank you and have a good weekend!
