<Can someone please help, we have an application in process and submitted to LR, it’s on an expedited service, which has past 10 days. We are in contract to complete by Friday this week on the sale of the house, the application is simple, transfering from current joint names and place in sole name; with a mortgage discharge in the process too, for which the mortgage lender has sent the request to remove. if It it is not changed tomorrow we will not be able to complete on Friday and we will be at breach and also will have paid of a mortgage, which we can’t get back and can not afford not to complete on the sale.how can I Chase this to get it picked up and worked upon. Any help would be amazing. It’s title deed GR317310

Matthew - submitted 1st July. Expedited 2nd July. Partially processed but wrong application form had been used and conveyancer contacted on 11th July. They responded same day with a new form
I'll check with the casework team for an update and to see if things are all now in order
GR317310

Also just a quick question, when LR raise a query does it restart the 10 day expedited service or just paused until they recieve the query response?

Matthew - the 10 days quoted is simply to get the case to the processing start line. It doesn't impact thereafter and each stage is completed asap
GR317310

Hi Matthew - was waiting on the casework team to advise before posting again
The form and evidence was insufficient so they have gone back again to the conveyancer to explain what's still needed
Hopefully they can confirm that for you and lodge what's required
GR317310

Thank you. I have checked with my conveyance and they sent back straight away what was required at 16.13 and received confirmation that the evidence was accepted. Tomorrow would you be able ask if the case worker can review, please. You have been extremely helpful and I’m sure have had some impact on the caseworker picking up the case. We are so grateful.
