I am trying to purchase some land from my neighbour, but can’t because land registry haven’t completed title ST39775 that was processed June 2025 and expedited last September. I need this completed now, because the sellers are getting impatient as am I. I understand from my solicitor that it is still with the legal department.

This is what I was told over two months ago. Land registry said I would hear by the end of May, but I didn’t. Then they said I would hear back in ten days and I still didn’t. When I chased it again I was told the lawyers are looking at the file now and I will hear back in 5 days and still no communication. I’m getting worried this is getting more and more delayed.
