Adding trustees

I instructed my solicitor to add two trustees to my title deed in March.Have not heard anything yet when asked he said he submitted an application to remove a restriction.Am not sure what restriction he means, already removed death husband name on the register. Am the sole owner and wants to add two trustees.Apart from id and death certificate there were no other forms to sign. Should there be a TRI for us to sign? Thanks

Marie - if you are transferring the legal ownership to yourself and two additional people you would require a transfer in form TR1.
