I sent some transfer documents on the 1st September and nothing has happened.  The signed for delivery shows a signature of Xerox. is that correct?

David - That should be correct.  Xerox are our sub-contractors for scanning of all correspondence and documents received by post.

A have still received no response to title transfers SY810473 and SY866235.  These were submitted approx 4 months ago.

Hi David - the applications are still with us and waiting to be processed. We will contact you when processing begins.
If there's a particular urgency then you can request expedition to reduce the remaining wait time before processing starts
