Hi, I am currently in a chain that is being held up by a first registration, this application has been expedited and confirmation has come back that the reply to the requisition has been received and will be replied within 10 days. I completely understand that things take time, however we was originally supposed to complete on the 24th July, we have been able to extend storage until the 7th September but at this point we have to complete or the chain could brake down. Is there any way you can advise of what needs to be done, what is outstanding and how long this could take? I am aware that the urgency has been documented, the stress is now starting to take its toll as I'm trying to organise a long distance move and I don't know what is happening. The title number is CE267142. Thank you and I'm so sorry for the rant.

Hi Yvonne - sorry to read of the issues you are facing. The information you have is correct with regards we were waiting on more from the conveyancer and they have now replied. The casework team are aware of the urgency and I'm sure they will be doing all that they can to progress matters within the 10 day period you have been quoted. We can check again Monday to see if more is still needed or if matters have progressed CE267142

Hi Adam, Thank you so much for getting back to me and checking on the information. On Monday do you think they would be able to advise on what needs doing and how long? As I am actually aware that I am running out of time. I do honestly appreciate that processes need to be followed, I'm increasingly concerned that the sale will fall down, I have heard that new registrations can take months and we just don't have that time. The stress is now starting to take its toll Thank you again for your help

Yvonne - it's impossible to offer anything definitive until I have an update from the casework team. New registrations can indeed take time but this one has already been partially processed and if the conveyancer has now provided all that's required, next steps should be positive ones. Totally appreciate the stress involved so let's remain positive and check in again on Monday as appropriate

Hi Adam, I was wondering if you have been able to find out the information relating to the above registration. I appreciate that things take time, I'm just need clarification on what needs to be done and how long as I have no storage and effectively no house after the 7th September. Thank you again for your help and support
