Title number MS118830 - query about application and progress

Hi, would you be able to confirm whether an application has been lodged to register me as the new property owner? According to the Title register the property is still registered to the previous owner and it's approaching 11 months since we bought the house. Much appreciated! Philippa Spiby

Hi Philippa - the application was submitted on 25th April 2025 and it is waiting to be processed. That should happen soon and once it does the conveyancer will be notified. Please continue to bear with us knowing that your purchase/ownership is protected from the date of submission MS118830
