Charge removal

Afternoon! I believe an application has been submitted for the removal of a charge on SK73032, please can I check that this has been expedited? The seller of the property above in the chain has a mortgage expiry of end of January so is unable to wait indefinitely.

Debi - An application has been submitted yesterday and is awaiting to be looked.   There is no indication of the application being expedited or a request for expedite being submitted.

Great, thanks Adam - I don't suppose there is any estimate of timescale on this? Only due to mortgage expiry. Debs

Debi - only estimate comes with the expedition guidance so generally considered within 2 weeks albeit generally much sooner if a single/simple application. Everything hinges on it being in order when processed then so I'd suggest posting again Thurs/Fri to check again if the conveyancer doesn't check/confirm sooner

Debi - The application was completed earlier this morning. 

Confirmation was issued electronically to the firm who submitted the application.
