**URGENT** application already expedited - Hello please can you advise me when the title transfer documents will be sent to our solicitor we are very anxious as we need to complete asap unless our house will be re marketed - thank you in advance

The title number for the document we are waiting for is CU342818  we have been told that the document is being processed please help and advise

Jen - The application is being processed but has been referred to one of our lawyers for consideration.  Those involved are aware of the urgency of the application.

Hello please can you provide an indication of when we can expect the application to be completed I am becoming under immense pressure from the developer of the house we are purchasing thank you in advance.

Jen - I am sorry but I am not in a position to provide you any timescale until we know the outcome of the lawyer's deliberations.  We have also notified the solicitors who submitted the application accordingly.

Thank you for your reply I am just very concerned 3 house sales will fall through if we can’t complete by the given deadline very stressed and anxious with the not knowing - thank you for your help.

Jen - I understand your concerns.  Give me a couple of days.  If there has been no update by Friday midday then I will try check with the relevant lawyer to see what's happening.

Please can you ensure documents are sent to the solicitor who is now dealing with the case not the one that has left the company new solicitor is Rachel Sawyer not Danielle - thank you I can send you e mail address if you need it.  Today documents have been sent to the wrong solicitor (Danielle)

Unfortunately we don’t have that time we need to exchange and complete by Friday ! An e mail has been sent to the wrong solicitor today from yourselves please can this be sent to the correct solicitor Rachel Sawyer asap thank you

Please can the portal be updated to show the email / queries that were sent to Danielle yesterday she has left the company so trying to get someone to access her e mails asap is proving difficult ! Rachel who took over the case from her working for the same company has been in contact with yourselves re the application. The chain is at severe risk of collapse if we cant access the e mail query to respond our buyer now wants an answer of what is happening. Please help thank you

Jen - I understand and empathise with your concerns and the need for urgency, but the solicitor needs to contact us directly if they are having difficulties with accessing the information.  They should be aware of how to contact us.

I can see that you contacted our Customer Support twice yesterday, and possibly through social media channels.  As the application has been submitted by the firm of solicitors, who are possibly acting for your parents, it would be easier and better if they contacted us directly.

Hello please can you provide an update the solicitor has been in touch we were told this morning that it would be imminent but we haven’t heard anything - thank you in advance for all your help -anxiously waiting.
