CN1 Form Query

I have had confirmation by email that HM Land Registry&#160;have received the two forms on 9^th June 2025 (with an estimated completion date of the 14 October 2025).<br> <br> However, it does not look like the second form has been updated / completed yet on my property’s Title Register (Court Reference: 9XE33171 for Cabot). I understand that there is currently a delay with processing forms. Hello P.T - The application has been caught up in the <a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/hm-land-registry-processing-times">delays</a> that we have and is awaiting to be looked.&#160; &#160;The estimated completion date is shown as 28 October 2025, but that is just an estimate based on how long similar applications took to process recently.&#160; It is not possible to say when exactly it will be processed.<br> <br> If the delay is causing you some difficulties or holding up a further transaction then you can <a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-an-expedite">request to expedite</a> the application.&#160;<br> <br> I hope this is of some help.&#160;<br> <br> &#160;
