Lisa - that's correct
I add the affected title numbers to the thread simply to enable me to locate the relevant info if someone posts again.
The second title is the landlord's title and the one against which the notices have been served
Nothing for you to do re same or be concerned by - just my way of keeping track of which titles are involved in case someone posts again on a thread, as you have

Okay got it thanks again Adam, hopefully after Monday we are moving forward again. 

Lisa - hopefully. They have until before Noon on the 12th to respond and it's a manual process so it's not an immediate/automatic move forward. But still a move forward as you state - we can revisit Tuesday morning for an update 
I must stress that the prior application's completion hopefully clears the way for full processing of the later applications, including the one you are chasing. So there's still a way to go before we hit your specific finish line and much will depend if the lodging conveyancer re the new lease has lodged a sufficient quality application

Hi Lisa - no replies were received so that's good news. Next steps will be to further process the landlord's title 
But we are still waiting on a reply from the conveyancer re the new lease as well, request issued 9th August and no reply as yet

Thanks Adam, I have shared that with them. It seems they are just trying to push the solicitor to provide what you said was required re the new lease. So hoping they can get this over soon. 

Lisa - understood and appreciated but can't quite see how ringing us alters that as it's the conveyancer they need to 'chase' through contact.

I agree, the way I understand it is the other conveyancer had a question, and the estate agent was aware I was in touch with someone so perhaps thought that was the best route to go down. I am hoping they are going to get back on this today now, will check in next week to see. Thanks again

I received news from the other side that they had replied to the request a couple days ago so I wanted to check in with you to see if the LR have completed the application to register the apartment now that they have sent what had been asked for?

Thanks Adam, this is being chased from all angles and appreciate your help, just wish I knew what was taking so long! Once you have this, do you have any estimated timescales on when this could be completed? I need to move out my current rental in less than a week now so just getting more anxious. Hopeful once you have this missing item it won't take too long?

Hi Lisa - it shouldn't take too much time at all as the reply is wholly within the conveyancer's gift and is asking them to confirm some specific wording 
I've emailed the conveyancer direct to see if they can respond quickly from here for you
