Hello there
I was about to exchange contracts on my sale when my solicitor had to submit an RX3 to remove a restriction placed on by the original builders when I bought the property. The solicitor just keeps telling me she expediated the request about a week ago and so I have still not exchanged. Are you able to tell me if this has been done as she has inferred it would be a quick turnaround. The Title no. is NN289168.
Any info would be great
Thank you.

Hello Melloney - Still nothing. And whilst it can be as quick as suggested that all depends on the application being in order and available resource of course

Hi Im sorry to bother you again. Perhaps I have the wrong Title Number. Are you able to check against the property address? 4 Fieldfare Close, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8FF ??

Thank you do much for your help on this. I think I may have got to the bottom of this now, as I am told it is not an application it is a 'Query' through your solicitor portal. Is this something you can check please and then I promise (I think) that I will leave you in peace.
:-)

Hi Melloney - Thank you for the clarification.

I have looked at our customer contact records and we have an enquiry which has been referred to an appropriate officer for consideration.

I will see if there is anything we can do to speed it up.

250922-5197114

Hi again Melloney - unsure about the details you were given as that would very rarely be the case and it is still pending with us for the amendment to be processed.
I'll flag with casework colleagues to ensure it's in the right place to be dealt with urgently and will update again once I have something concrete to share
NN289168

Hi Melloney - the support team have dealt with the solicitor's request and responded. It wasn't an error so they will need to make a formal application to update the register as appropriate and a response has been issued to that effect.
I'd suggest following up with them to confirm and to clarify next steps as appropriate
NN289168

Oh my goodness! OK thank you for the information. I will try and get hold of solicitor and ask them to now put Application in. If she is able to do this today, 9and expedite it) how long do you think I will be looking at to get this completed please?

Thank you soooo much for all the information and help you are giving me.

Melloney - they need to submit first and expedite second. Generally speaking that means it's considered within 10 days but much will depend on it then being in order as to how long it might take to complete
NN289168
