Property not registered Application Expedited

There is a application registration for 29 Havelock Street, Aylesbury, HP20 2NX, it has been expedited how long will it take 

Zunald - we have an application to register that property for the first time. It hasn't been expedited but processing has started and we are waiting on the conveyancer to respond to a request we issued on 4th January

Zunaid - it's not been expedited as processing had started. Has the conveyancer responded in full to our request dated 4th January?

Has there been another application recently i have been told by the conveyoncer 

Zunaid - no other application but I no see that the first registration of this property has been completed today. So something has clearly been going on behind the scenes
