OS2 search

Hi, I have everything in place to exchange/complete on a property today but just been informed that the OS2 search has not been received. Are you able to give an update on when my solicitor should get this back?<br> The property is&#160;57B South Snowdon Wharf, Porthmadog, Gwynedd LL49 9NE.&#160;<br> <br> Any assistance you can give on this would be massively appreciated as everything was in place to move in tomorrow.<br> <br> Stuart Parkes

Hi Stuart - an OS2 was submitted yesterday and it is being processed and hopefully the result will be issued shortly<br> OS applications are generally processed within 2/3 days of receipt&#160;<br> WA665057

I think this must have been an oversight by my solicitor as I was only informed of it a short while ago despite signing all the paperwork for completion yesterday.&#160;<br> <br> Is there any way of expediting this so they receive it back tomorrow as we have been planning tomorrows move date now for a number of weeks.<br> <br> Anything you can do to assist would be a massive help.&#160;<br> <br> Stuart

Stuart - we don't expedite searches as they are so numerous and also processed in such a short space of time<br> I note that they have actually submitted 2 searches, a search of part (OS2) and a search of whole (OSW) on 19th and 20th respectively which is unusual as I think it's the OSP that's required.<br> I will flag with colleagues but cannot promise a positive result&#160;<br> WA665057
