Expedited application

Hi My buyer has had an issue with the property they are selling whereby they had to ask Sunderland council to remove a covenant. The deed of release has been executed by the council and the application submitted to the Land Registry, and expedite approved. Can you advise how long it should take to action this expedited application please?

Hi Laura - expedition gets the case to the processing start line generally within 10 days. After that everything then depends on it being in order.

Hi Are you able to give an update on this please? The application was submitted last Tuesday and expedited. I am just wondering if it has been picked up yet or is in the queue. I don't have a reference but it relates to address 56 Brisbane Street, Sunderland, SR5 4EH
