OS2 applications

Good morning, I have 2 OS2 applications (on the same development but different titles) awaiting processing. Are you able to advise when these will be looked at/completed please as they are urgently required ? I would be grateful if you would kindly advise. Application numbers below - thank you. Thank you Adam. One of them has come back but the other is still outstanding and the mortgage offer is about to expire. unfortunately, there was some confusion with the plans which delayed the application for the searches, Shame we can't request an expedite on these ! Thank you.

Beth - speed of service at 2/3 days combined with guidance to applicants to allow themselves at least 5 working days between submission and completion, negates the need for an expedition service re OSs

Beth - noted and appreciated but may I ask why a completion date is set before OS2s have been submitted? I appreciate some may suggest an OS2 isn't compulsory but if it is needed how does the completion date come first and OS2 second? Just asking to understand an example of why this might happen - no need to respond but just my inquisitive mind re how such matters arise and are approached in modern times.
