how long for a TR1 to be regsitered

Barbara - based on current timescales, no. Wait times can be lengthy. If there's an urgency such as a linked/dependent transaction then you can request expedition as I suspect you are already aware -&#160;<a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-an-expedite">Request an expedite - GOV.UK</a>&#160;<br> If there is no urgency then whilst such a long wait is not what anyone wants the application is protected&#160;

That seems to be a long time, one title to change a name has been with you since October, the 2nd title was just removing a name has been with you since February. I assume there are no problems just a busy Land Registry. Normally it’s 6/8 weeks.

Hi Barbara - We have raised a requisition on TGL359680 and are waiting for a response; while LN237263 is awaiting to be looked.&#160;

Barbara - there is a query that needs to be resolved before we can proceed and we have written to the solicitors accordingly.&#160;&#160;

Barbara - the conveyancer responded at end of August and case is now on referral for a senior officer to consider the additional paperwork provided. So still with us but hopefully next steps will be confirmed shortly<br> TGL359680 &amp;&#160;LN237263
