According to the solicitor, the documents have been sent in order to amend the freehold into India's name and the PA for Andrea. Have you received any correspondance?

Barbara - we have received further replies from the conveyancer and they are with a senior officer to decide on next steps. Hopefully we will know what they are on either Monday/Tuesday

Morning Barbara - we went back to the conveyancer on 13th Jan and they've asked for more time as well to respond. So ball back in their court again so any chasing would be of them for now

I'm finally sorting out the freehold. Now the forms are being signed and witnessed by each freeholder so separate forms have been sent to each freeholder to sign and have witnessed, (they don't all live at the address) and the originals will be sent to me and collated by the solicitor. I'm told this is ok, otherwise one form would have to be posted on to each name on the freehold.

Have you had any updates re TGL359680, i think it was sent to be registered in August? Have the documents been received?

Barbara - an application to update that title was submitted on 7th October. Processing has yet to start on it

Barbara - the average is around 4/5 months but impossible to be definitive re timescales

can a TR1 signature be witnessed by someone temporarily living at the property (2 months) and is not a family member or has any interest in the property.

Barbara - the witness should know the person who is signing. Not a family member as stated. 

Do you know if titles LN237263.    And TGL359680 have been updated yet?
