Hi
Can you advise what the process is for this, we have submitted an application for title HS92976, we have had the OS Survey carried out, and wondered what time frames are for the next stages ? two  applications were made one for unregistered land, and one for registered land.

Hi Katie Louise - once OS have provided their report the case is reviewed again to decide what needs to happen next. Invariably in such cases, and if everything is in order, wider checks are needed to complete. Those checks often involve contacting adjoining/affected land/property owners to see if they consent/object for any reason
Until the OS report/case is reviewed I can't offer any expected timescale and I would suggest posting again later in week for an update as appropriate

Thanks for the update, i will give it another week, we have requested the case to be expedited due to an impending sale.

Katie Louise - expedition essentially gets the case to the processing start line quickly. So that's already happened.
The processing stages then rely on third parties such as OS and the wider checks and those stages can't be expedited as a result.

Ok, is there a set number of days that the landowners have to object or consent ?

Katie Louise - there is and that can either be 15 days or 65 usually. All depends on the specifics involved hence unable to be definitive at this stage

Katie Louise - we have not as yet had the OS report so things can't progress as yet. You stated in your OP that the survey had been done but not when.
So we are waiting on that report to be filed and until it does we can't proceed. Might be worth checking with the others involved in the application to confirm the OS visit etc

They attended last Thursday, and advised that it would be submitted Friday afternoon last week to HMLR.

Katie Louise - understood but as yet we don’t have the OS report. Suggest you contact OS to query as per the correspondence issued at the time that the owners were notified of the need for a survey

Would this been logged against the two additional pieces of land that needed to included under the above title plan ?

i have checked with the OS surveyor directly, they submitted the report last Friday, as i am the owner of the owner of the land concerned they only visited me. They advised that they uploaded it to the portal ?

Katie Louise - the casework team have since confirmed that the OS report is now with them and that the case is with a senior officer to consider the claimed facts and survey report. They will then decide on next steps which invariably means wider checks such as notices served on adjoining/affected landowners.
We won't know which notices and how long they are given until that referral has completed.

Thanks Adam for the update, do we know roughly how long it takes for a review of the documents takes ?
