Hi, I am currently at notice to complete because it was found on the day that there is a dealing application made by a family member looking to delay the sale ( I assume) they have no legal standing beneficial interest because none of the legal documents or ownership are in their name nor have they contributed to anything or can evidence beneficial interest. This is causing an issue. I have escalated to the team and there is a caseworker and I submitted some documents. I am afraid that I won’t be able to get this cancelled in time. I can provide all necessary title and reference numbers. Please help expedite.
