TR1 Transfer

Hi Adam,  

Contacted you a fair few months ago and you suggested contacting you again. Just checking to see whether the TR1 for GR364018 has been actioned yet?

Hi Suzanne - processed in November, partially, but we needed more from the conveyancer. Whilst they replied it wasn't enough and we contacted them on 21st Dec and reminded them again on 19th Jan. We need their reply before we can complete the registration
You'll need to contact them to confirm the details and to clarify when they expect to respond

Thanks for the update.

I emailed the conveyancers yesterday and received this response back

“We have now fully dealt with the requisition that was sent by the Land Registry and they can now continue to process the application.”

 

Hi Suzanne - they have replied so that along with the case goes back to the caseworker team to be reviewed and hopefully if in order completed this week
