SGL273125 - Assistance with expediating this application

My client is currently selling their property, which is held as a share of freehold. Unfortunately, the co-freeholder has recently experienced a relationship breakdown and is in the process of removing their partner from the freehold title. This pending application is now delaying our sale, so I would be grateful if you could confirm whether it has been expedited. If it has not, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in progressing this as a matter of urgency, as it is preventing our client’s sale from moving forward.
