Application being delayed by unknown requisition

Would it be possible to get an update on the status of application with the Land Registry please (re. registering property title deeds, same issue as previous comments above)?<br> <br> Unfortunately we are still without our title deeds (almost 4yrs after completing!), and need to verify what exactly is happening with the Land Registry application just for our own awareness, because we are escalating the matter further.
