Application 17 months overdue

Hi,

I completed on a house back in April 2022, land registry still has the previous owner listed on the title.

My conveyancer responded to me that the land registry system was saying due date was currently "exceeded".

Application number is G557RNS, and title is EX254900.

Any update would be most welcome!

Hi Matthew - still with us and waiting to be processed. Your purchase is still protected and hopefully it will be processed shortly.
 

Is there any update on this it's getting close to the 2 year anniversary now.  And will need to start looking at selling the property soon.

Matthew - We have started to process the application but there is a query that needs to be resolved by the solicitor who submitted the application.  We have written to them and are waiting for their response.
