Correction.

We have discovered facts we were unaware of and it shows my questions & descriptions relating to CB482490 are incorrect.

The title number the fraudulent adverse possession application was claiming to possess no longer refers to a registrable disposition of land!

Clearly someone finally took notice of my emails stating HMLR made a mistake, and the fraudulent adverse possession claim was rejected BEFORE the deadline!

Unless the fraudster cancelled it.

And we understand HMLR can not ‘give away’ land before a deadline anyway.

But it is entirely HMLR’s fault for not clarifying the situation and not notifying us the fraudulent AP claim had ended.

Despite our repeated emails seeking clarification and the obvious stress we were going through.

As for what the title number now refers to, we have no idea, and is very likely another invalid claim.

We do not acknowledge it.

Paolo - the application you refer to has not been completed but is still pending. Our last letter to you dated 6th Feb explains the current position. That letter explains the 'Next Steps' and asks you to respond and you have done so. That response has been added to the application and is being considered by the casework team. They will respond as appropriate and as soon as possible. Please wait for that reply.
