My property is not register and I am selling

my house was purchased 4 years ago and remains the only house on my road to be un registered title number mm125552 plot 134 my house is now sold and have provided the memo of sale to the solicitor That acted on the sale to expedite the process can you provide an update.

may I ask was there ever an application submitted when I purchased the property in 2021 

Hi Scott - looking at the history for the seller's title there's nothing that leaps out to suggest it had been submitted before Feb this year. The conveyancer can hopefully confirm for you though

Hi Scott - they replied on the 14th and the casework team went back to them this morning to explain why things were still insufficient to complete the registration. Hopefully they can confirm that for you and provide specific details as appropriate re next steps/timescales from their end
