Lease expedited on Sale

I extended my lease for Sale, was agreed between Solicitors it would be expedited on Sale completion. Just checked and can see it still shows 80 years. Sale was back in July so wondering if theres been an issue and what the legal stand point is as I have no sold. Property was Flat 4 Nicola Gardens, CH45 4JB,

Declan - We do not have any application associated with the property as yet. Perhaps you should check with the solicitors what is happening.

Would this be with who I sold with? As it was the buyers solicitors who were going to expedite?

Declan - If the property has been sold then the application to change the register would generally be submitted by the buyer or their solicitors. A request to expedite can only happen once an application has been submitted with us.

Okay so nothing to do my end?

Declan - I do not think so unless you have been specifically asked to do something.
