Expedited Application Ref HF35BFD, Title Number : ND220157
Good afternoon Adam,
Apologies for contacting you again but following your message on Wednesday  confirming that our title : ND120280 has been amended and our application resolved, I contacted our conveyancer Danni Sullivan at Gilson Gray . Unfortunately , she says that she has not received / or been able to locate any communication about this vie portal or email. Your response to me on Wednesday indicated that confirmation had been sent to our conveyancer and I’m wondering if it might have gone astray due to the two different title number involved in this application. I would be really grateful if you check and advise  .

Maggie - the confirmation was issued by post due to a problem with electronic sending in the week. The registered information is available online

Maggie - Search for land and property information - GOV.UK
The point of confirming that the registered information is available online is that if there is a sale/purchase or linked transaction then the parties can check and confirm the 'new' information asap. 
Please note that ND220157 was not actually used so is not a registered title. The original title was amended

Adam- thank you for the link and the extra information. Is this something I need to do or will my solicitor or estate agent do it? I’m not sure whether I need to pay for the title register or the title plan or the paper copy. Really sorry to keep bothering you but so appreciative of your help.

Maggie - the conveyancers involved will do the checks again to see if the 'issue' as identified is now resolved and that the matter can now move forward
Zero point in your paying a fee and checking as it will be the conveyancers who now decide on whether to proceed or not as appropriate
