Application update

Application Reference: G749MBV Title Number: ST267081 I am enquiring about the status of this application. It is very urgent - we have a self-build mortgage due to complete immediately to deliver urgently needs funds for a project in progress, but have been held up at the last minute solely by this incomplete title application from our purchase in September, which we had no idea was still outstanding. I was told on Friday by the helpline that a reply to outstanding queries was received on 19 May and so should be reviewed by the end of tomorrow (3 June). They said that as it was urgent this would be relayed to the caseworker. Is there anything we can do to convey the urgency to someone prior to the elapse of the ten days? Thank you
