Lease extension expedite application status

Hi there, I would like to know our flat lease extension .we submitted the application on may 2023 and we have got remortgage offers on December our solicitor applied for fast track on end February 2024 .but still not get any response for land register title?

Hi Adam thanks for quick reply. Our title number is EX385009 . Our solicitor applied expedited application on29 January 2024.still no reply from land registry our seller waiting for us sadly we have no idea far how long will take?

Praveen - many thanks. Expedited as you state and multiple correspondence since culminating in our last contact with the conveyancer on 3rd April - so I'm unsure as to why 'still no reply' as we issued a request for more information in January and four more contacts in March before a further letter explaining what was still needed on 3rd April. Now waiting for their response
Hopefully they can check and confirm and give you an idea of what's still needed and when they can expect to respond in full

Praveen - their response has been referred to one of our lawyers to decide if what they have now submitted is sufficient to allow the case to complete. The expedite status means that will happen asap but I can't be definitive re timescales unfortunately
