TR1 Application Still in Progress after 18 months

I purchased the property with the title number WT427439 in May 2022.  It is well over 18 months now, yet the registration is still in progress, may I know the progress of it?
 

Yat Y - There is no application currently pending against the title. 

We did receive an application to register a transfer on 28 June 2022 but the application was cancelled on 29 September 2022 after failure of queries relating to the application being resolved within the stipulated time.  

I would suggest you contact the conveyancers concerned to see what's happening.
