Hello I am inquiring about a deed of variation that my Solicitor made submitted for Flat 3, Fairlawns, Chingford, E4 6RN on 09/03/26. I was wondering if it has been looked at yet as I have an ongoing purchase that is at risk as it has been going on from August 2025 and is re-possessed probate and they have threatened to re-market. Please could you update me.
