Hi Adam, it looks like you’ve helped plenty of folks in this forum so thank you for that ! 

My application relates to title number TGL462332 (31 Balmoral House, Earls Way London SE1 2QR). 

I believe my conveyancer submitted documents on 4th July and our expedite request was approved on the same day. Received a further requisition on 9th July - HMLR requested a certificate of compliance from the landlord and a correction of typo on the RX1 form.

My conveyancer provided an incomplete and incorrect response on July 15th. Further to that, my conveyancer then provided a complete response on July 24th comprising corrected Certificate of Compliance, RX3 and RX1 forms.

We believe all should be in order now but was hoping you could provide a status update. Also, could you kindly confirm that this case is still being handled on an expedited basis even with the requisition ? Thank you.

Hi Zung Sung Chuo - thank you for your kind words
The facts you have are largely correct but we have today contacted the conveyancer again to explain how the application cannot proceed on the basis as applied for. We have explained what options exists and hopefully they can consider and respond quickly as appropriate
So the ball is again in their court to allow matters to move forward and hopefully they can confirm the above for you also
The application continues to be handled on an expedite basis

Good afternoon Adam ! 

We’ve now had the opportunity to review HMLR’s letter to my conveyancer dated 29th July.

The letter (attached here) gives us the option to split our single restriction application into 3 separate restrictions. The letter also notes that if we do not respond, the application will complete as it stands by August 12 (i.e.with a single restriction as currently submitted).

I can now confirm that my conveyancer responded yesterday (30th July) to say that we are happy to proceed to application completion on the current basis with a single restriction. 

Would appreciate your help giving the case team a gentle nudge to see if this is now complete with registers updated. We are near the finishing line it seems !

I’ve just been able to retrieve updated titles in my name via HMLR’s website.

Really wanted to thank you for your exceptional responsiveness and dedication to supporting customers.
