Application update

Hi 

Can you update on the progress of an application, we need complete a mortgage agreement, but bank needs confirmation that the the land registry is done.

Hi L Lo - received in May and processed yesterday. We need more from your conveyancer re an amendment to the Transfer form and hopefully they can confirm

the solicitor has requested to expedite this.  Could you confirm if this is in progress?
 

L Lo - it's not been expedited as it has already been processed. But we needed more from the conveyancer and they replied earlier this week. The case is now back with the casework team for hopefully a final review and completion shortly
