Application waiting time

Hi, my solicitor had informed me that the transfer application for the ownership of 99 Franchise street (WS10 9RG) from my siblings’ to my mother’s name was successfully completed a few weeks ago, however, he has not provided any documentation yet. Could you please confirm if this transfer has gone through?
