Expedited transfer of title

I'm in the process of trying to buy a property from an equity release company and part way through the process they discovered that the titles for the property (there are 2 freehold & 2 leasehold) were not in a state where they could proceed with the sale.  They have said that they've raised an expedited request to resolve the issues, but now it transpires there is a 3rd set of solicitors involved (i'm assuming solicitors acting for the former owners estate).  Getting an update on where things are up to is next to impossible - is there any way of getting an update of where the request to change titles is up to (and how long things are likely to take.  The sale of my property is proceeding and I don't want to end up sofa surfing for months.  The title refs are LA448650, LA953732, LA632043 & LA953733.

Daniel - we don't have any applications against those 4 titles at present so nothing 'expedited'. I also can't find any recorded enquiry re same other than your own recent 'progress' enquiry.
If the solicitors have applied/enquired then they should be able to advise of a case/contact reference with us - can oyu check with them please and confirm
