Do we need to fill in an ID1 form to fill out an AP1 form?

As executor of my late father's will, I am using the AP1 form to transfer my late father's house (fully owned by him alone, no mortgage) into my and my sister's name as tenants in common.<br> <br> Do we both need to verify our identities using the ID1 form and send them to HM Land Registry?

Mukund - yes you do. You need forms AP1, AS1 assuming you are both the beneficiaries, and form ID1/ID3 as appropriate for the two of you
