we eventually got the review process started and responded promptly to questions raised by Land Registry. we are now almost 18 months on and despite two phone calls this year to the team when they tell me my reply has been passed to a senior colleague. I have yet to receive a response. This is a simple transfer for nil consideration by 6 residents into a road management company. please advise
